You can earn .5%-3% as a Director on your Director teams down through four generations. The percent earned is calculated on your Director's Group Wholesale Volume. The percent earned is determined by your "paid as" rank in the Payment Plan.
As you introduce the Southern Living At HOME business to others who become Consultants, you'll begin to earn royalties on the sales of your group.
